INFORM3 RECRUITMENT Senior Engineer/Agent Job Location: North Dublin Sector: Civil/RailInform3 are recruiting for a Senior Engineer to support the delivery of a major rail infrastructure modernisation programme involving multidisciplinary engineering coordination, systems integration, and infrastructure enhancement works within a complex operational environment for busy civils contractor.The role will support project delivery from design development through construction and commissioning, ensuring engineering quality, technical compliance, and effective coordination across multiple stakeholders and contractors.Senior Engineer/Agent Key Responsibilities:Lead multidisciplinary engineering coordination across infrastructure work packagesReview technical drawings, calculations, and engineering documentationEnsure compliance with railway standards, safety regulations, and project requirementsCoordinate interfaces between civils, track, signalling, utilities, and communicationsManage technical risks, clashes, and integration issuesSupport design development, construction, and commissioning activitiesReview construction methodologies and engineering solutionsMonitor contractor performance, engineering quality, and programme progressSupport change management and resolution of technical queriesLiaise with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholdersParticipate in technical meetings, workshops, and coordination reviewsSupport health, safety, risk, and quality assurance activitiesPrepare technical reports, progress updates, and engineering recordsAssist with project planning, sequencing, and constructability reviewsContribute to delivery of complex infrastructure upgrades within operational environmentsSenior Engineer/Agent Requirements:Degree qualified in Civil Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or related disciplineExperience delivering rail, transport, or major infrastructure projectsStrong multidisciplinary engineering coordination experienceKnowledge of infrastructure design, construction, and project delivery processesExperience working within complex or live operational environmentsUnderstanding of railway engineering standards and safety requirementsAbility to manage technical interfaces and engineering risksExperience reviewing technical drawings and engineering documentationStrong stakeholder, contractor, and client coordination skillsFamiliarity with construction sequencing and phased delivery environmentsKnowledge of BIM and digital engineering coordination processes advantageousStrong communication, reporting, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary project teamsProficient in Microsoft Office and common engineering/project management systemsExcellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
