Cafe Manager Position
We are seeking an exceptional leader to join our team as a Cafe Manager. As the key figure in the success of our flagship cafe, you will be responsible for leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding service and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Leading, Training, and Motivating Staff: Ensure that every member of your team is equipped with the skills and knowledge needed to provide exceptional customer service.
* Staff Rotas Planning: Manage staff rotas effectively to ensure adequate cover while staying within payroll budget.
* Upselling Initiatives: Drive initiatives across the deli and bakery counters to increase average spend and profitability.
* Maintenance of High Standards: Maintain high standards of food hygiene, health & safety, and allergen compliance at all times.
* Sales Performance Measurement, Frequent Feedback Delivery ,and Ensuring Positive Team Culture Continues: Measure performance regularly; provide constructive feedback; maintain a positive culture that encourages teamwork among employees;
