Main purpose of the role:
Ensure the store's accounts are efficiently and effectively managed at all times.
The ideal candidate will have/be: Minimum 1 year of experience in an accounts administrator roleExperience with accounts software is desirableExcellent numerical skillsStrong attention to detail and organizedProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Main duties: Actively embody Centra brand values, i.e., Proud, Energetic, Imaginative, and Community-BasedOversee and manage the store's accounts, including accounts with suppliers, customers, and third partiesManage all invoicesKeep accurate reports on accounts payable and receivableIdentify and address any discrepanciesMaintain confidentiality at all timesAbout the locality:- We are currently recruiting for an Administration/Accounts Assistant to join our team on a fixed-term contract (Maternity Cover - Starting September 2025 or earlier)
- Experience in a similar role is essential
- This role would suit a motivated individual who is organized, takes pride in their efforts, and can carry out a variety of tasks within their day.
This is a Tullamore office-based role only - remote/hybrid working will not be considered.
- This role is currently full-time (Part-Time will be considered for a suitable candidate)
