Client Care Coordinator Required, BlanchardstownOur client is a fast growing homecare company with offices spread across Ireland.
They require an experienced scheduler for their Blanchardstown office.
This is an onsite role.
Your responsibilities as a Client Care Coordinator will include but not limited to:Coordinating care assistants schedules on a daily basis.
Address any operational issues arising in relation to customer care calls.Ensure all clients have a permanent care team assigned to themDeal with any scheduling queries and respond accordinglyAll emergency cover assigned until 10am the next working dayEnsure clients are informed of all time changesEnsure all schedules are assigned 2 weeks in advanceEnsure weekly allocated hours are correct.Liase with Care Manager on start dates for new carersReports completed on the shared drive by 12pm on the last working dayAll shifts covered 2 weeks in advanceWeekly reportingWe are looking for a candidate with a minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.To find out more please apply or contact me at: #LI-LH1
