With two showrooms and a thriving online store, we're looking to expand our team to meet growing demand.Role Overview:Product knowledge across a broad range of home-appliances, electronics, and consumer-electronics brandsFriendly, motivated, energetic staff with good communication skills; able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.Ability to contribute to sales targets, upsell, and help delivery of store performance.Willingness to maintain store standards: merchandising, store presentation, stock handling, and helping with deliveries/restocking.Prepare accurate customer quotes, including product pricing, delivery, installation, and promotional offers.Handle customer inquiries, orders, and service requests both in-store and via phone.Stay up to date with product features, industry trends, and promotions.Requirements:Friendly, approachable, and confident when speaking with customers.Ability to learn technical product information quickly.Strong communication and customer service skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Reliable, punctual, and professional.Previous experience in retail, particularly in electronics or appliance sales.Interest in home technology, smart appliances, or consumer electronics.What We Offer:Staff discount.Product training and ongoing support.A friendly team atmosphere in a well-established local business.Job Type: Full-timePay: €13.50 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:Employee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
