We are experiencing growth in our Embedded Consultant Services (ECS) program and are expanding our database of embedded consultants across EMEA.
We are seeking consultants for roles in our clients' GSOC in Dublin, Ireland.
The GSOC is part of a global structure with standardized processes and systems.
Requirements We seek experienced professionals to support our client's Global Security Operations Centre (GSOC) in Dublin, which plays a key role in protecting people, operations, and assets worldwide through real-time monitoring, analysis, and response.
Positions Available: GSOC Operators (24/7 Shift) Responsibilities: Monitor global risk events, alarms, CCTV, and access control systems.
Coordinate emergency responses and manage incident escalation.
Respond to security tickets and document incidents.
Maintain communication and shift handovers.
Requirements: Experience in a GSOC or security environment.
Familiarity with alarm/CCTV systems and emergency protocols.
Effective communication, multitasking, and documentation skills.
Willingness to work 24/7 rotating shifts, including holidays.
AMC Operators (Alarm & Access Control) Responsibilities: Perform surveillance via intrusion/fire alarms, access control, and CCTV.
Respond and escalate incidents following SOPs.
Support security system maintenance, audits, and troubleshooting.
Assist in investigations and reporting.
Requirements: Similar to GSOC Operator role, focusing on security tech systems.
Strong logical reasoning and ability to remain calm under pressure.
PSA license (Ireland).
Risk Analyst Responsibilities: Monitor, assess, and report on global threats and regional risks.
Conduct open-source and proprietary intelligence analysis.
Perform system audits and assist in response planning.
Support enterprise-level data analysis and security assessments.
Requirements: Experience in risk analysis, intelligence, or security monitoring.
Skilled in OSINT tools, databases, and incident management platforms.
Clear, concise report writing and stakeholder communication skills.
GSOC Supervisor Responsibilities: Lead GSOC shift operations and oversee team performance.
Coordinate incident response and ensure SOP adherence.
Quality control for reporting and handovers.
Train, coach, and mentor team members.
Requirements: At least 1 year of GSOC supervisory experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
Technical knowledge of alarm/CCTV, risk monitoring, and OSINT.
Ability to remain calm and lead during high-pressure events.
Program Specialist · College degree or above / minimum 2 years GSOC experience, preferably in program management or leadership.
· Proficient in office software, with excellent documentation and technical writing skills.
· Skilled in data analytics and critical thinking.
· Capable of identifying and addressing customer needs.
· Able to develop and manage programs, prioritize tasks, track KPIs, and oversee progress.
· Proficient in global risk event monitoring, OSINT, CCTV, alarm response, and emergency protocols.
