Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Retail Supervisor to support the daily operations of our retail unit. This role involves overseeing front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring compliance with Aramark policies, and delivering exceptional service standards. The successful candidate will act as a key point of contact for staff and customers, maintaining operational excellence and driving store performance.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in completing store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning tasksComply with Aramark procedures regarding Opx and system requirementsImplement Aramark policies and protocols to maintain future retail operationsSupport store targets, scorecard, and payroll managementConduct regular 360 audits to ensure the shop is functional and presentableEnsure all staff comply with Aramark policies and proceduresCoordinate daily front-of-house and back-of-house retail operationsAssist in delivering monthly inventory of all shop stockFollow and implement Aramark health and safety policies and proceduresIdentify current and future customer requirements by analyzing sales mixesAct as store representative and set an example for staffTrain new and current employees on proper customer service practicesEnsure retail unit is merchandised and stock lines are presented according to approved planogramsRespond efficiently and accurately to customer complaintsAct as lead operator of the retail unit in the absence of the Retail ManagerPerform any other duties deemed appropriate by the Retail Manager and/or Campus General Manager
QualificationsExperience in a supervisory rolePassion for delivering excellent serviceKnowledge and experience with Food Hygiene practices (e.g., HACCP)Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills to liaise effectively with various departmentsOutgoing personality; reliable and dependableFlexible and able to work under pressure while prioritizing tasks
