As a Store Operations Leader, you will play a key role in driving the success of our stores. Your primary focus will be on supporting the Store Manager in their daily operations, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Performance: Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations to the Store Manager on how to optimize sales performance.
* Team Management: Supervise and motivate store staff, providing guidance and support to help them meet their targets and improve overall store performance.
* Inventory Control: Oversee stock levels, ensuring that they are adequate to meet customer demand while minimizing waste and reducing costs.
* Customer Service: Ensure that customers receive excellent service, resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
Requirements
* A minimum of 2 years' experience in a management role within a fast-paced environment.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers.
* A full driving licence is preferred but not essential.
