In 2024, we paid $11.2 billion to workers in nearly 100 currencies and provided healthcare and benefits to workers in 109 countries—ensuring people get paid and protected, no matter where they are.ResponsibilitiesOwn the development of a robust reporting framework for Onboarding, bringing structure and scalability to a fragmented ecosystemPartner closely with onboarding, product, and data teams to define key onboarding metrics, build dashboards, and enable self-serve analyticsIdentify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and opportunities across the onboarding journey using dataDeliver insights to stakeholders across the company, from front-line teams to senior leadership, to inform strategic decisions and process improvementsDevelop, maintain, and optimize reporting tools in Looker (or other BI tools), ensuring data is reliable and actionableCollaborate with data engineers and analytics engineers to model onboarding data and ensure pipelines are accurate and aligned with business logicQualificationsBachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g. Math, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)5+ years of experience in an analytical role, with exposure to operational or product-facing analyticsAdvanced SQL skills and experience with large datasetsExcellent communication skills and the ability to turn complex data into compelling narratives for stakeholdersExperience with BI tools (Looker) and dashboard developmentFamiliarity with data modeling, metric design, and scalable reporting architecturesComfort operating in ambiguity and helping define success metrics where none yet existExperience with dbt, LookML, and version control tools (Git, GitHub, etc.)Prior experience in high-growth B2B SaaS environmentsFamiliarity with customer journey analytics and lifecycle trackingTotal RewardsOur workforce deserves fair and competitive pay that meets them where they are.
