Dublin (Multiple locations including North Dublin, South Dublin and West Dublin) Salary:Negotiable DOE (Inc. company vehicle / fuel card / pension scheme / bonuses etc) Projects:range from €3M - 125M including residential, commercial and infrastructure projects An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finishing Manager / Finishing Foreman to join a highly respected construction contractor with a long-standing reputation for delivering high-quality projects across multiple sectors. The company is known for its strong site teams, robust safety culture, and consistent delivery to exacting client standards. The Role As Finishing Manager / Foreman, you will work closely with senior site management, subcontractors, and other on-site personnel to ensure all finishing works are completed on time, within budget, and to the agreed quality and specification. You will play a key role in the final stages of the project, driving quality, coordination, and safety through to successful handover. Key Responsibilities Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with project specifications, or approved alternative standards where applicable Maintain the highest quality standards across all finishing works on site Ensure all labour, materials, and resources required for timely delivery are available and efficiently utilised Monitor and manage subcontractor performance to ensure productivity and quality targets are met Maintain a safe working environment, ensuring accident prevention measures are implemented effectively Ensure all quality procedures and control sheets are followed and completed on a daily basis Attend and lead weekly meetings with the project team and subcontractors to review programme, quality, and health & safety Generate and manage pre-handover snag lists, ensuring timely close-out by subcontractors in line with the programme Drive cost efficiency in all finishing works, with particular attention to preliminaries and overheads Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to obtain all necessary information to deliver works in line with programme and quality requirements Ensure full compliance with all Safe Operating Procedures and site safety systems Requirements Proven experience in a Finishing Manager or Finishing Foreman role Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality standards, and building regulations Excellent organisational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple subcontractors and work fronts Strong commitment to health & safety and quality control
