About the Role
Elevate Partners are working with a leading financial institution in Dublin seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to drive the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce solutions. This role will involve working closely with implementation partners and senior business stakeholders to ensure Salesforce technologies are fully aligned with organisational goals and long-term scalability.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with implementation partners as a co-creator of design and integration strategies.
* Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce, proposing innovative and scalable solutions that improve client engagement and operational effectiveness.
* Work closely with business users and department heads to identify challenges and define technical and process-driven solutions.
* Drive automation through process and workflow optimisation.
* Coordinate the development of application and data integration components of the overall Salesforce solution.
* Develop and manage detailed project plans, documentation, milestones, and risk assessments.
* Oversee accurate migration and reconciliation of historical data to ensure seamless transition and operational continuity.
* Build and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of business operations, data flows, and system architecture.
* Lead the design and execution of robust testing strategies to ensure functionality, performance, and successful deployment.
* Support business readiness through process reviews, creation of training materials, delivery of training sessions, and post-implementation evaluations.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce platform, particularly Financial Services Cloud, Agentforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
* Experience leveraging Salesforce API features to integrate with other enterprise systems.
* A proven track record of contributing at a senior level and driving continuous improvement within Salesforce environments.
* Strong stakeholder management experience, including engagement with senior executives and board-level stakeholders.
* Experience and Qualifications
* 10+ years' experience in application development, implementation, or systems integration roles.
* Strong background aligning Salesforce platforms with business needs and operational objectives.
* Experience integrating Salesforce with wider enterprise applications and data systems.
* Proven ability to lead complex projects, manage cross-functional teams, and deliver technology-driven business improvements.
* Salesforce Technical Accreditations are highly desirable.
