We are hiring for our client, a leading full-service law firm in Dublin, seeking a talented Planning & Environmental Solicitor to join their growing team. The Role:
* Provide strategic planning advice and pre-application support.
* Advise on environmental impact assessments, permitting, and statutory compliance.
* Support acquisitions, corporate and real estate transactions with planning expertise.
* Handle contentious matters including planning appeals, judicial reviews, and High Court proceedings.
* Collaborate across practice groups and assist with mentoring junior lawyers.
* Participate in business development initiatives, training, and knowledge-sharing.
The Person:
* Qualified solicitor with strong experience in planning and environmental law.
* 3+ years PQE up to senior level, looking to develop expertise in complex projects.
* Excellent analytical, drafting, and client management skills.
* Commercially minded with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to team growth.
