Insurance Branch Manager
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team, growing a local branch and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the day-to-day running of the office and deliver on team and individual sales targets.
* Support your team to hit sales targets across Personal Lines, Commercial Lines, and Agri Lines.
* Lead and coach your team.
* Help your team reach – and beat – targets.
* Work hands-on with customers and prospects, especially in the Commercial and Agri sectors.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships.
* Support regional goals and projects alongside other branch managers.
* Ensure smooth and compliant processes in line with company and Central Bank standards.
* Report on team performance and sales activity.
* Get involved in local networking opportunities and community partnerships.
