Key Roles and Responsibilities:
* To oversee the day-to-day running of outlets and cafes.
* Development and oversight of annual budgets for each operation, working closely with directors, executive chef, and unit managers to ensure targets are achieved.
* Ensure all staff comply with company policy and procedures.
About You
The ideal candidate will have similar experience as a senior manager in food service industry. They should have extensive knowledge about operations management. They must be able to lead large teams effectively by example. Experience managing multiple locations is highly desirable.
The applicant must possess excellent communication skills including verbal and written forms. Strong leadership ability to motivate others towards performance goals is essential. The job requires team players who can build relationships quickly within the workplace environment which includes interacting positively under pressure when faced deadlines from various stakeholders across different levels within corporate structures today! -----------------------------------
