Job Title: Business Development Executive for Automotive Industry
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our North Cork-based team. As an Internal Sales Executive, you will play a key part in both new business development and ongoing account management.
**Key Responsibilities:**
1. Manage and grow a portfolio of existing customers in the tyre, garage, and haulage sectors
2. Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients via calls, emails, and CRM follow-up
3. Support warm leads by understanding their needs and recommending suitable products
4. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Previous experience in B2B internal sales, telesales, or customer service
* Industry knowledge in tyres, automotive, or transport is a strong advantage
* Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with tyre centres, garages, and fleet operators
* CRM/database experience (systems ideal, but not essential)
* Organised, proactive, and commercially minded
