We are currently seeking a friendly, organised, and professional Reservations Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling guest enquiries and reservations via phone, email, and online booking systems
* Providing accurate information about availability, pricing, and services
* Managing and updating reservation systems
* Liaising with other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience
* Upselling services and promoting special offers
* Ensuring all bookings are accurate and complete
Key Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reservations, front office, or customer service role preferred
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
* Friendly, professional manner and team-player attitude
* Proficiency in booking software or systems (training can be provided)
