* Support the processing and administration of applications for registration
* Assist registrants and applicants with online registration system queries
* Provide first point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email
* Filing of hard copy registration forms and fee-related documents
Requirements:

* A minimum of 2-3 years of professional work experience
* A high level of proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook) with intermediate Excel skills
