A Top 5 Law firm have a rare opportunity for a Legal PA to join them on a contract basis.
This contract is a 12 month fixed term assignment working with a pool of Legal PAs supporting fee-earners across the Corporate department.
This is an ideal contract for an experienced legal support professional in a mid-sized firm who feels ready for a step up and a chance to experience life in one of Ireland's leading law firms.

Office location is in Dublin 2 and is close to Luas and several bus routes.
Duties of the role will include:
File management, high quality document production and formatting according to templates.
Diary and inbox management, travel coordination.
Processing expenses, client billing and accounts reports.
Managing WIP and client database.
For consideration for this position you will need to have:
Minimum of 2 years experience as a Legal PA / Legal Secretary; ideally in a mid-sized commercial law firm.
Experience with commercial billing software.
Strong knowledge of MS Office packages.
