**Job Title:** Agricultural Branch Manager
* To drive the growth and success of a well-established agricultural company, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to lead our team at the Tullow office.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering excellent opportunities for someone with a passion for agriculture to take on key responsibilities including day-to-day operations, sales and business development, customer relationships, account management, team leadership, budget management, strategic planning, compliance and safety, stock control and ordering, and reporting.
About the Role:
* The successful candidate will be responsible for managing resources, logistics, and activities to ensure smooth and efficient running of the branch.
* They will also be expected to drive branch sales performance, identify opportunities for growth in products and services, build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers, oversee key customer accounts, and support branch staff to ensure a productive and motivated team.
* Additional responsibilities include preparing and managing the branch budget, controlling costs, monitoring profitability and performance targets, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing operational strategies to enhance branch productivity and customer experience.
About You:
* We are looking for a candidate with proven experience in a similar branch management or agribusiness commercial type role.
* A strong background in agriculture or experience working within the agri-sector is essential, as well as knowledge or experience in crop production, spray recommendations, and agronomy services.
* The ideal candidate should possess excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills, a strong customer focus with the ability to build lasting business relationships, and the ability to analyse data, manage budgets, and drive operational improvements.
