Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented General Office Administrator to join our team. This role is vital in ensuring smooth daily operations within the office, with a particular focus on managing invoicing processes. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a keen eye for accuracy, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prepare, issue, and follow up on invoices in a timely and accurate manner
* Liaise with clients and internal teams regarding billing and payment queries
* Perform general office duties including data entry
* Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence
* Assist with scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
* Support other administrative tasks and projects as required
Requirements:
* Proven experience in an administrative role
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Word)
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* High level of accuracy and attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
* Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Experience:
* Previous experience in an administrative roll
* Proficient use in Microsoft Word, Excel
