Account Manager Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Account Manager to join our team in managing clients' digital marketing campaigns.
About the Role
* Manage a high volume of both new and existing accounts
* Retail and grow revenue within your accounts
* Collaborate with the sales team to maintain and grow client relationships
* Upsell, cross-sell, and activate both new and existing accounts
* Communicate new features and enhancements to the product team
* Track, analyze, and report on key metrics and trends to internal teams and clients
* Establish clear advertising goals with clients, including KPIs such as CPA, ROI, ROAS, and CPC
Requirements
* Experience in Advertising Technology or campaign management (experience with online ad platforms such as Google, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)
* Experience in a sales or account management role
* Knowledge of the latest trends in online marketing
* Experience interfacing with clients and providing strategic insights
* Native-level fluency in Norwegian and English
* Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Office G Suite)
