Davey Dublin is now looking for the ideal candidate to join our team.
This detail-oriented team player will be the first point of contact for guests at the salon, greeting them in a polite and well-spoken manner. You will also be assigned duties as required i.e. making appointments for our team, organisation of inbound and outbound mail, administrative work, and general support over our team.
Responsibilities:
* Answer and direct phone calls
* Distribute mail
* Act as the first point of contact for visitors
* Coordinating all bookings & inquiries and maintaining front of house.
* This role will find you reporting directly to the owners and senior management.
* Be responsible for the day-to-day running of the business i.e. cash management, occasionally stock ordering.
* Make sure Register is completed, gowns organized, check appointment book, Staff hours and breaks are accurately programmed into the computer. Desk cleared of unnecessary items.
* Comply with salons visual standard.
* The role will evolve over time and you will be required to introduce new ideas, implement a strategic direction & execute all strategies.
* The marketing and social media content for the salon.
* Identify our target market, and introduce new business.
Requirements:
* Experience in beauty/hairdressing, retail, restaurants or corporate industry environment. Preferably 2-3 years' experience.
* Previous L'oreal & Kerastase Training an Advantage but not necessary.
* Knowledge of Phorest Software an advantage but not necessary.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Be well-groomed and have a professional appearance.
* Excellent communication and customer skills.
* Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
* Maintain the high standards of the salon.
