Responsibilities & Qualifications
The role requires someone who demonstrates a strong appreciation and awareness of the specific needs of people with physical and sensory disabilities.
They should be proactive, able to use their own initiative, and capable of taking responsibility for tasks and decisions.
The successful candidate must also be confident working independently, managing their workload effectively, and ensuring high standards of support and service delivery without the need for close supervision.
