Job Description
As a HCA at Budlite Healthcare Limited, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality care and support to people with dementia, older people or people with intellectual disabilities. You will be responsible for assisting individuals with daily living activities, promoting their well-being, and ensuring a caring, safe and comfortable living environment.

Qualifications
* Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar care role is preferred.
* A FETAC level 5 In any Care Skills course or higher is desirable.
* Confidence in using IT/Email is also desirable.
* A caring and compassionate nature.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to follow care plans and instructions accurately.
* Reliable, punctual and trustworthy.
* Willingness to undergo background Garda checks and relevant training.
* Full clean driving license and access to a car is also desirable.
