Proven track record in WMS implementation: You must have played a key role in transitioning from manual/legacy systems to a modern WMS. Systems Proficiency: Advanced IT skills (MS Excel, ERP systems, and WMS platforms). Logistics Knowledge: Experience managing both internal transport fleets and external 3 PL providers. Personal Attributes: Change Agent: Comfortable leading through periods of technological change and organisational growth.
