Chase Resourcing are currently seeking a number of Graduate Engineers (MEICA) for our client in Ireland. The ideal candidate will work as part of our multi-disciplinary engineering team to bring projects from initial design right through to completion and handover to the client.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Work as part of a team in the delivery of one or more projects at any one time
2. Prepare detailed Method Statements and Risk Assessments prior to work activities
commencing.
3. Engage with supplier and sub-contract chain to obtain technical proposals and pricing for their scope of supply.
4. Co-ordinate sub-contractors and direct staff to ensure project delivery in-line with works programme.
5. Complete daily risks assessments.
6. Monitor on-site workswith the Project Manager and Project Engineer.
7. Prepare and supervise completion of on-site test documentation such as site acceptance tests (SAT), inspection and test records (ITRs), pipe pressure testing, hydrostatic tank testing andcommissioning of the works.
8. Preparation and submission of project handover files.
Requirements:
9. Minimum of a Level 7 Honours Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics,
Chemical or Environmental Engineering.
10. Ability to work as part of a team in project delivery and provide input at team meetings.
11. Good working knowledge of MS packages such as Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
12. Strong communications skills with a high level of motivation.
13. Full driving licence.
