Lead Sales Manager
The role involves leading, inspiring and managing a high-performing sales team to achieve business objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships to drive loyalty and revenue.
* Develop and implement targeted sales strategies tailored to each property.
* Support forecasting, planning and lead generation initiatives across the hotels.
* Represent the hotels at client meetings, events and trade shows.
Required Profile:
* A minimum of 5 years' experience in hotel sales management is essential.
* Multi-site management experience is advantageous.
* Strong leadership and team management skills are crucial.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
* Commercial awareness with strong analytical and organisational skills is necessary.
* Sales-focused, results-driven and able to influence stakeholders.
* Knowledge of the local market is desirable but not essential.
What We Offer:
€80,000 per year plus bonus package.
