As a seasoned financial expert, you will oversee the management of Irish UCITS funds, ensuring their seamless operation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and review finance and regulatory capital to guarantee optimal performance.
* Implement and maintain accurate recordkeeping, adhering to established policies and procedures.
* Coordinate client transition events, managing fund shareholder activity effectively.
* Liaise with key distribution relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for queries and concerns.
* Proven background in accounting, fund administration, or finance is essential.
* Experience in Designated Persons or PCF functions is highly beneficial.
* A self-motivated individual with strong ownership sense and ability to work independently is required.
* Prior experience in managing outsourced service provider relationships is advantageous.
* Demonstrable cross-border regulatory knowledge with a global focus is necessary.
