* Lead and direct operational staff to ensure robust people management principles are embedded.

* Ensure that quality and safety is at the forefront of service provision and adhere to internal and external quality standards.
Requirements:
* A nursing qualification or relevant third-level qualification in the Health/Social Care Sector.
* Minimum of 5 years management experience in the Health Sector.
* Management qualification and proficiency in budgetary/financial, employee relations and team management.
* Fully qualified nurse with current registration on the NMBI or CORU.
