Key Responsibilities:
* Gather key event details from venue teams, including schedules, layouts, and guest information.
* Confirm hospitality areas, capacities, and setup requirements before each event.
* Create clear event briefs to keep all departments aligned.
* Work with the culinary team to confirm menus, allergens, and updates.
* E nsure accurate menu information is shared with all teams.
Put together professional race day packs, including menus, table plans, service notes, Key Event Info.
