Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging high-potential companies that can benefit from our platform.
* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop prospecting strategies in collaboration with experienced SMB Account Executives to generate quality opportunities.
* Refine messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas.
* Contribute insights, learnings, and best practices to strengthen the Outbound process.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 1+ years of experience in sales, ideally in an inbound or outbound BDR role within SaaS or Marketing Technology. They should be fluent in German (written and spoken), with strong English communication skills.
