Job Description
We are seeking a Full Stack Engineer to join our Excellence Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about leveraging technologies to solve complex problems and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include using APM tools for observability, building AI-driven centralized knowledge systems, triaging and troubleshooting customer technical issues, setting up and maintaining observability platforms like Dynatrace, and developing AI-based knowledge bases to support internal and customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
* Customer Support & Issue Triage: Serve as the first point of contact for technical issues, analyze and resolve issues across the full technology stack, and collaborate with engineering and product teams for timely resolution.
* Observability & Monitoring: Manage observability tools, create dashboards, alerts, and logs, and refine practices to improve system reliability.
* AI Knowledge Base Development: Design and implement AI/ML-based knowledge bases, integrate support data, and work with AI teams on model training and deployment.
* Technical Solution Development: Build and deploy tools to automate workflows and solve technical problems.
* Full Stack Engineering: Contribute to application development, write clean code, and participate in design reviews and agile ceremonies.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Knowledge of Java, C#, Microservices, Kubernetes, Kafka, API Gateway, etc.
* Experience with Microsoft Azure
* Ability to work independently on medium to large projects and handle complex tasks with minimal oversight
* Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
* Understanding of Agile methodologies (preferred)
* Professional experience in software engineering or internships (preferred)
* Financial services product development experience (a plus)
Education
B.S. degree (or equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or related fields.
