Job Description:
Auxilion seeks a skilled Delivery Manager to oversee the Business Solutions/Modern Work (MW) Practice from an execution perspective. This role involves directing a large team, managing resource management and delivery aspects of day-to-day operations, and reporting on practice performance against forecast.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in Microsoft Power Platform and strong project management skills. They will take ownership of the intellectual growth of our Modern Work capability through maintenance and execution of a learning and development plan.
This is a challenging opportunity for someone with leadership experience in Professional Service Consulting or similar fields. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining domain knowledge, networking linkage for the organisation in relation to MW offerings and capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
1. Deep understanding of Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas), Power Automate, Power Pages, Power BI,
2. Copilot capabilities
3. Hands-on experience with Azure Dev Ops Pipelines or Git Hub Actions for managing Power Platform ALM
4. Ability to apply engineering standards testing practices quality controls across power platform projects
