F&B Coordinator – Luxury Hotel
Location:
Cong, County Mayo, Ireland.
Employment type:
Part time.
Working pattern:
3 days over 7 days (including weekends and Bank Holidays) with 4 days off.
We are seeking an organised, and motivated
Food & Beverage Coordinator
who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and administrative excellence.
The ideal candidate will work in conjunction with the Director of Food & Beverage and the Food & Beverage Executive to coordinate reservations and provide admin support to a busy Food & Beverage department, while upholding the world-class standards synonymous with Ashford Castle and Red Carnation Hotels.

Key responsibilities will include:
Manage all restaurant and event reservations through OpenTable, ensuring accurate input, weekly diary management, and timely confirmation of guest bookings.
Coordinate tour, group, and series bookings, communicating details clearly to relevant departments.
Provide professional administrative support to the Director of Food & Beverage, including preparing daily briefs, menus, reports, and meeting minutes.
Assist in maintaining departmental standards and compliance, supporting audits aligned with Red Carnation and Forbes expectations.
Uphold exceptional guest service by ensuring warm, personalised, and attentive interactions at all times.
Support operational planning through accurate reporting, booking oversight, and alignment with departmental business strategies.
Liaise closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a cohesive, high-touch dining experience.
Anticipate guest needs and preferences, ensuring all special requests and important details are communicated clearly and executed flawlessly.
Promote a positive team culture, communicating openly and contributing to a collaborative, guest-focused working environment.

Previous experience in OpenTable and Opera is desired.
A high level of computer literacy.
