About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated
Electrical Maintenance Engineer
to join our Facilities team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all electrical systems across our facility — including power distribution, lighting, control systems, and backup equipment. You'll play a vital role in maintaining a safe, reliable, and energy-efficient environment for our staff and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
* Perform
preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance
on electrical systems and equipment.
* Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults in distribution panels.
* Conduct inspections and testing to ensure compliance with safety standards and local regulations.
* Support installation, upgrades, and commissioning of new electrical systems and building services.
* Collaborate with HVAC, mechanical, and plumbing teams to optimize facility operations.
* Monitor energy use and assist with
energy conservation initiatives

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure timely documentation.
* Respond quickly to electrical breakdowns or emergencies.
Requirements
* Trade Qualification and Testing and verification certification
* 3–5 years of relevant experience in
facilities maintenance
, property management, or commercial building operations.
* Good knowledge of electrical distribution, control panels, emergency power systems (UPS/DG), and lighting networks.
* Familiarity with
Building Management Systems (BMS)
.
* Strong troubleshooting, communication, and teamwork skills.
