Coupled with our unique product offering, our growing team of 50 highly skilled staff also offer a full suite of services such as CPD training, warehousing and 3PL, and engineering and repairs.In the past 12 months, we have won numerous regional and national awards including Tipperary Chamber Employer of the Year, Tipperary Chamber Overall Business of the Year, and Guaranteed Irish Pharma Award.Role Summary:As part of our expansion plans, we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Digital Marketing Executive to strengthen our online presence, drive digital campaigns, and support the growth of our brands. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing social media, digital advertising, SEO, e-commerce portal and website content, as well as analysing performance to maximise results.This role is ideal for a data-driven, creative marketer who enjoys blending content, analytics, and digital tools to deliver measurable impact.Key Responsibilities:Digital Campaigns & ContentPlan, create, and execute digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.Manage and grow Duggan Veterinary Supplies’ social media presence, ensuring consistent engagement and brand voice.Support the design and delivery of engaging content for digital channels, including graphics, blogs, video, and infographics.Assist in website and e-commerce portal updates and optimisation to improve user experience and conversions.SEO & AnalyticsImplement and monitor SEO strategies to improve search rankings.Manage paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads), monitoring budgets and ROI.Track and analyse digital performance metrics, preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations.Work closely with the wider marketing team to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing objectives.Collaborate with suppliers and partners on joint digital initiatives.Ensure brand consistency across all digital platforms.Key Skills & Experience:Degree or diploma in marketing, digital marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).1–3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role (B2B or B2C, healthcare or veterinary sector advantageous but not essential).Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, and SEO principles.Proficiency in digital tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and email marketing software.Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress or similar).Ability to analyse data, interpret trends, and translate insights into action.Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.Knowledge of design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is an advantage.What We Offer:Competitive salary, commensurate with experience.Professional development and training opportunities.A collaborative, innovative team culture.Opportunity to contribute to sustainability-driven initiatives.Be part of a growing marketing team making an impact in the veterinary and animal health sectors across Ireland and the UK.If you’re ready to bring your creativity and skills to a role where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.Apply today with CV and cover letter to HR@DugganVet.ie and become part of the Duggan Veterinary Supplies team, helping us to deliver excellence in animal care.
