Leisure Attendant (Part–Time)

Responsibilities
Display a commitment to Aura’s vision, purpose and values.
Ensure a fun and inclusive environment for customers.
Maintain a high standard of customer service.
Deliver excellent standards of swim classes that motivate and inspire members.
Provide feedback to members to help them develop skills and achieve goals.
Adhere to healthy and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Ensure excellent standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Act as Aura ambassador, representing the company professionally.
Qualifications & Requirements
RLSS Pool Lifeguard or IWS Pool Lifeguard qualification.
STA, IWS or SI Swim Teacher qualification.
Passion for the health and fitness industry.
Willingness to train and qualify in all three disciplines.
Positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
Previous experience instructing swim classes is desirable.
Fluent English required.
Flexible hours/days available (morning, afternoon, night, weekends).
Legally entitled to work in Ireland.
Schedule
Part–time: morning, afternoon and night shifts during weekdays and weekends, as required.
Pay
€14.30 per hour Monday to Saturday; €16.02 per hour Sunday.
Class rates: €9.30 per 30 minutes swimming class; €11.85 per 40 minutes swimming class.
