Responsibilities
Lead, motivate and support the café team
Deliver excellent customer service and memorable experiences
Maintain high standards in a fast‑paced environment
Manage operations during the business hour shifts and ensure smooth teamwork
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year relevant experience in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for coffee and customer service
Ability to work flexibly across a seven‑day operational business
Commitment to maintaining high standards while working in a fast‑paced environment
