The AA is embarking on an exciting growth and transformation phase and is seeking to recruit a Dealer Support Administrator to support the Business Services - Dealer Network Team in providing best in class customer service to our clients.
This role will form part of the Business Services Team and will report to the Dealer Network Manager.
The successful candidate will be a highly driven, adaptable and confident people person who can thrive in a rapidly changing organisation and will adopt a hands-on approach to their role.
We are seeking a high calibre and talented professional with a positive mindset and that is willing to learn.
Work location: The role will be based in the ROC (Rescue Operations Centre) office however will be fully eligible for the AA hybrid working policies.
Key Responsibilities: The primary responsibilities and focus areas for this role will include the following: Managing information related AA Approved Dealers Sales reports Dealer assistance Invoicing The Candidate should have the following: Minimum qualifications, experience & skills 3 years office administration experience desirable but not essential Intermediate level of competence with Office 365 knowledge of Office 365 (MS Office, Excel, Teams etc.)
Salesforce knowledge would be a significant advantage.
