As we prepare to launch our new Rooftop Thermal Spa, we are seeking an experienced and passionate Thermal Spa Manager to lead this exciting addition to our wellness offering.
Role Description: The Thermal Spa Manager will be responsible for the overall operation, safety, and guest experience within the thermal and wellness areas.
This role is central to creating a calm, immersive and restorative environment, while ensuring the highest standards of service, hygiene, and presentation.
You will play a key role in shaping the guest journey and enhancing our wellness offering.
Key Responsibilities: Operational Management Oversee the daily operation of thermal facilities, including sauna, steam room, hydrotherapy pool, and relaxation areas Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness and presentation Monitor temperatures, water quality, and equipment performance Coordinate closely with maintenance team to ensure optimal functionality Guest Experience Create and maintain a tranquil, premium environment for all guests Manage guest flow and capacity to ensure comfort and safety Engage with guests, offering guidance on thermal spa journeys Handle guest feedback professionally and proactively Health, Safety Compliance Ensure full compliance with all health and safety regulations Maintain accurate water testing and hygiene records Conduct regular risk assessments Train team members on emergency procedures and safety protocols Team Leadership Lead, supervise, and support thermal spa attendants Deliver training on service standards and operational procedures Assist with recruitment, onboarding and team development Commercial Experience Development Enhance the thermal spa offering through curated wellness experiences Identify and develop revenue opportunities Monitor guest feedback and usage trends to inform improvements Skills Competencies Strong knowledge of thermal spa or wellness operations Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to high standards Excellent communication and leadership abilities Solid understanding of health and safety regulations Qualifications Experience Previous experience in a spa or wellness environment Supervisory or management experience essential Pool plant certification (desirable) First Aid certification (desirable) Why Join Us?
