Foster knowledge sharing and learning across the architecture communityClearly document and communicate architecture building blocks to guide solution architects in defining solutionsMaintain oversight to ensure solution architecture designs are aligned to our overall architectural strategy and governance principlesConduct capability assessments and gap analyses to inform strategic investment decisionsProvide thought leadership on emerging technologies and their potential impact on the IT strategyWe Are Looking For You, If You Have:EssentialDegree in Computer Science, Information Systems or similar discipline10+ years of experience in analysis, design, architecture5+ years of experience in an Enterprise Architect role in a complex IT environmentProven success in defining and leading architecture for BSS/OSS transformation programmes in an agile or hybrid delivery environmentExcellent communicator and influencer with a range of internal and external stakeholders at all levels, with strong written and verbal presentation skillsProficiency in architecture governance, business capability modelling, IT strategy development, and roadmap planningIn-depth knowledge of architecture frameworks, e.g. TOGAF, eTOM, ODAStrong knowledge of Public Cloud: Azure, AWS, OracleKnowledge of modern architecture patterns such as Event Driven, Microservices and Serverless ArchitectureExperience leading and mentoring technical talentDesirableRecent experience in telecoms sectorBackground in enterprise catalogue, ordering and digitalExpertise in platforms such as Amdocs BSS, ServiceNow, Oracle, AWS, GCPWho we are:Vodafone is pioneering Ireland's gigabit society.
