OverviewThis role will lead and manage the improvement of research culture and quality across the Faculty of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM), through consultation, strategic programme planning and delivery, and the provision of expert insight and support. The role holder will develop strong networks across the institution to ensure that research culture and quality issues are tackled, that examples of best practice are developed and celebrated, and that Trinity fosters a culture of inclusive and excellent research.This is one of three new roles that will join the Research Strategy and Policy team within Trinity Research.Salary: Appointment will be made on the Administrative Officer 1 (1-3) €70,240- €90,865 per annum, and in accordance with the Department of Finance guidelines.
