We have an exciting new position for a part time split role as Dental Nurse & Receptionist to join our wonderful team. The role is available to start immediately and it will be approx. 8-16 hours per week with a competitive job package.Why work for The Dental Suite Rathdrum.The practice offers an extensive range of dental treatments including cosmetic dentistry, paediatrics, endodontics, routine general dental treatments such as crown and bridge, fillings, extractions.We are proud to have a collaborative and friendly work environment, where our full team of people who are dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic in their roles; offering the best service and dentistry care in the industry.Responsibilities and Duties:We are a friendly, modern, one chair dental clinic and the ideal candidate would be an experienced dental nurse who is enthusiastic, hardworking and a team player.Main duties include:Work closely with the dentist, providing chair side assistance to ensure the professional, accurate and timely completion of treatments and relevant records as required for patient care.Cross infection control and sterilisation of all clinical areas and equipment.Ensure that adequate stock levels in surgeries are maintained for the smooth running of the practice.Ensure that all tasks are fully compliant with the scope of practice.Liaise with the practice manager on any clinical duties.Scheduling appointmentsDaily cashing up reportingThe person:A minimum of 1 year previous Dental Nursing experience.Experience and training in dental cross-infection control and sterilisation.Enthusiastic, with excellent team, inter-personal, communication and organisational skills.Must be highly motivated, be able to take initiative and have excellent attention to detail.Computer and administration skills preferable but full training will be given.Knowledge of Exact dental software a distinct advantage but full training will be given.Job Type: Part-timePay: €15.00-€16.50 per hourExpected hours: No less than 20 per weekBenefits:Company eventsEmployee discountOn-site parkingWork Location: In person
