Business Development Associate – Cross-border Division
Location: Dublin, Ireland. Reporting directly to the MD Ireland. The role drives client acquisition across the Irish market, engaging prospective customers, building relationships and helping businesses optimize international payments and FX.

Role Responsibilities
Conduct research on target accounts in Ireland to uncover challenges and tailor solutions.
Execute personalized outreach daily via calls, email, LinkedIn and social channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads by assessing revenue, budget, pain points, role and timeline.
Map decision makers and internal champions, secure discovery meetings with key stakeholders.
Schedule and prep high‑value sessions for Business Development Managers, providing briefing notes to demonstrate the Cross Border offering.
Maintain Salesforce: touchpoints, lead status, forecast, insight for real‑time pipeline visibility.
Monitor and analyse KPI conversion rates and pipeline value, and optimise tactics based on data and coaching.
Qualifications & Skills
1–2 years of outbound sales, lead generation and prospecting experience (SDR/BDR).
Comfortable cold calling, emailing and building relationships quickly.
Self‑motivated, resilient and hungry to learn.
Strong LinkedIn and social selling skills; networker with LinkedIn Sales Navigator proficiency.
Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM and Microsoft Office.
Pay Transparency
Salary range: €35,000 – €42,000 gross per year. Final offer based on skills, experience and qualifications. Corpay maintains structured compensation practices and regularly reviews pay to support compliance with equal pay principles and applicable EU legislation. Additional compensation elements, including benefits and variable pay (if applicable), will be discussed during recruitment.
