We are requiring an office administrator on a part time or full time basis. Based onsite at our location in Moone, Co.Kildare. Salary can vary for the correct candidate with pension options available. Previous or similar experience to Dext, Xero and Brightpay would be of benifit but training can be provided if needed. Candidate must be able to work on there own initative and be organised as this is a new role with set up aspects.

* Manage and assist email enquirys
* HR Relations
* General office administration duties
* Filing and record keeping
* Pay roll and employee expenses reconciliation
* Logistics paperwork
* Accounts support with invoice uploading
* Invoicing
* Liasing with accountant and providing day to day required information
* Process supplier invoices, purchase orders and payments
The candidate must have below past experience
* 3-5 years in a similar roll
* Inter community VAT knowledge
* Microsoft Outlook
* Invoice uploading and filing experience

Pay: €20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 32.5 per week
