Senior Systems Specialist
We are seeking a skilled AIX specialist to deliver high-quality systems in a fast-paced environment.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced professional with a strong background in AIX, comfortable working on multiple projects simultaneously and delivering results under tight deadlines.
* Designing and implementing AIX systems for high-availability environments using IBM Power Portfolio and PowerVM;
* Deploying Brocade switches and configuring networking requirements;
* Developing systems for seamless integration with IBM Storage products;
* Extensive experience with AIX and IBM Power Portfolio, including knowledge of system design, implementation, and maintenance;
* Strong understanding of Brocade switch deployment and networking requirements;
* Prior experience developing systems for high-availability environments using IBM Power Portfolio and PowerVM;
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
* Competitive day rate contract;
Successful candidates will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality systems in a timely manner and will be able to demonstrate their expertise in AIX and related technologies. The role is based in Ireland and requires the ability to work immediately without sponsorship (EU/UK Passport or Stamp 4).
