Role Overview
As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and onboarding new clients. You’ll work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to ensure a seamless client experience and contribute to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and engage with potential customers through outbound and inbound channels
* Conduct product demos and presentations tailored to client needs
* Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting
* Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term client satisfaction
* Stay up to date with industry trends and product developments
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS or technology
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
* Ability to work onsite in Dublin 2 for the first 6 months
Desirable
* Familiarity with the Irish tech ecosystem
* Experience selling to mid-market or enterprise clients
* Understanding of SaaS metrics and sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN)
