Senior Radiographer Role
The Senior Radiographer will lead and guide radiographic staff to manage the General Radiology Department effectively.
Main Responsibilities:
* Clinical Leadership: Recognize workload management needs, adapt practice accordingly, and lead daily operations of the General and Theatre imaging service.
* Technology Management: Troubleshoot equipment, manage risk, and maintain accurate information systems.
* Quality Assurance: Participate in setting up, maintaining, and reviewing QA programs, address department 'wins,' and encourage staff engagement for ongoing Quality Improvement Processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Degree in Radiography or Diploma from The College of Radiographers.
* 6 years full-time post-qualification clinical experience.
* Recognized postgraduate course (desirable) or specialized modality experience.
