We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our Site Construction Support Team. This is a critical role that will ensure the successful delivery of civil works during the construction phase of our projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Liaise with cross-functional teams to integrate quality and safety considerations into project planning and execution
* Mentor and train junior team members to build capability and expertise within the team
* Develop and deliver improvements to current site inspector QMS procedures, promoting a strong safety culture through ownership and visible commitment
Requirements:
1. A minimum of seven years postgraduate experience in civil/structural engineering or equivalent work experience;
2. A good understanding of project scoping, planning, design, and construction phases;
