Job Description:
The role of a Service Administrator is pivotal in being the first point of contact for young people entering our service, providing crucial information and support while maintaining confidentiality. This position entails day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient project delivery.
This includes reception duties and serving as the primary point of contact for young people. Additionally, you will support the service manager in general operations, including responding to phone calls and queries.
You will be responsible for organizing travel arrangements, meetings, and events related to training, health promotion, and networking. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times is also an essential aspect of this role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide reception duties and serve as a first point of contact for young people.
* Support the service manager in general operations, including answering phone calls and responding to queries.
* Organise travel arrangements, meetings, and events related to training, health promotion, and networking.
* Ensure accurate records and maintain confidentiality at all times.
Additional Responsibilities:
* Managing petty cash and ensuring timely submissions of invoices, expense claims, and backup documentation.
* Developing our online presence through social media management, increasing followers, and setting targets.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* A minimum of three years' office administration experience or relevant post-qualification experience.
* Strong communication skills, empathy when dealing with young people, and ability to work as part of a team.
* Proficient computer literacy, MS Office, Office 365, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and SharePoint.
* Some experience in marketing and social media is desirable.
